How does delivery work?

We’ll deliver everything you need for your KBBQ experience directly to your doorstep. Your delivery reservation will be for a 2-hour window. As we set our delivery route for the day, your driver will send you text updates with a more precise delivery time.

When your kit arrives, it will stay cold and fresh for 4 hours before it needs to be cooked or go in the fridge.

What kind of set up do I need at home?

You just need enough room around the table to fit your party. We provide a single grill for parties 7 and under, and 2 grills for over 8. We provide everything you need to heat, serve and eat.

We recommend having an outdoor party, but you are welcome to host indoors. Just a heads up, your dining area will smell like Korean Barbecue for awhile after the party (which is why we recommend outdoor hosting).

How does pick-up work?

You don’t need to worry about dropping anything off! We’ll return the next day to pick up the equipment, including the grills and utensils. Your driver will discuss a specific pick up time when you arrange your delivery.

How do I operate the grill?

We provide simple, step-by-step instructions to get you grilling in no time. We'll also be reachable by text or phone if you have any questions during your party.

What comes with each KBBQ Party kit?

Each KBBQ Party kit includes grills, premium cuts of meat, traditional Korean sides (banchan), sauces, utensils, and everything you need for an authentic experience.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking a week in advance to ensure availability.

Can I cancel and get a refund?

Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance for a 100% refund.

How long does my delivery stay cold for?

Our kits are packed with ice and insulated materials to keep everything fresh for 4 hours after delivery. After that, we recommend refreigerating the goods for maximum safety and freshness.

Do I need to anything besides what you bring?

No! We’ll deliver everything you need for your KBBQ experience directly to your doorstep.

What happens if I damage the grill or other equipment?

We understand accidents happen. We'll work with you to find a solution.

Can I add extra meat, sides, or sauces?

Absolutely! When you make your reservation, please include any special requests and we'll include them on your confirmation invoice.
