Effective Date: 1/31/25

By making a reservation, I, the undersigned customer, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding my use of the food products and equipment provided by KBBQ Party:

1. Assumption of Risk

1. I understand and acknowledge that KBBQParty provides raw or partially prepared food products (including but not limited to raw meat) for customer preparation and consumption. I am fully aware that improper handling, storage, or cooking of raw food products may result in foodborne illness.
2. I understand and acknowledge that KBBQParty provides gas grills for the purpose of cooking food. I accept all inherent risks associated with lighting, operating, and maintaining gas grills, including but not limited to burns, fires, explosions, and other injuries.

2. Customer Responsibility

1. I agree to follow all provided instructions, guidelines, and safety recommendations for:
   • Proper storage, handling, and cooking of raw food products.
   • Safe setup, ignition, and use of the gas grill.
2. I accept full responsibility for ensuring all food products are cooked to the appropriate internal temperatures to ensure food safety. (Recommended temperatures will be provided by KBBQParty as a guide.)
3. I accept full responsibility for operating the gas grill in a safe manner and ensuring that it is turned off and properly maintained during the duration of use.

3. Waiver of Liability

1. I voluntarily release, discharge, and hold harmless KBBQParty, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to:
   • Foodborne illnesses or health-related issues resulting from the improper handling, storage, or cooking of raw food products.
   • Injuries, damages, or losses associated with the use or misuse of gas grills provided by KBBQParty.
2. This waiver applies to me, my guests, and any other individuals who may consume the food or operate the equipment provided by KBBQParty.

4. Indemnification

‍I agree to indemnify and hold harmless KBBQParty from any claims, actions, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of my or my guests' use of the food products and equipment.5. Acknowledgment and AgreementBy signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver and release agreement. I fully understand the risks involved and voluntarily agree to assume full responsibility. I further confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to sign this agreement.
